Izzy

Izzy was found dumped in the road. It is obvious that she was used for breeding by her sorry and neglected condition. The fatal decision was made to put this real gem into the kill station as there was no proof her owner was. Thankfully, an extremely kind soul offered to take her in and look after her until arrangments could be made for her to travel to the UK and safety. During this time he walked her on average 5km daily, spread over two walks. She has lost weight and trimmed up since the original pictures shown were taken where she weighed in at a heartbreaking 45.6kg!

HOTS was contacted and asked if they would help to save her life. Quite simply, how could we refuse?

Izzy is a most amazing dog. She is super friendly, getting on with both people, children, dogs, cats - in fact, everything! As we have been told, Izzy even gets on with her own shadow! She has an absolute heart of gold who will never leave your side and so deserves to continue to live her life with someone who will love and care for her.

However, Izzy will need some help! She will need someone who will help her to get her life back on track by losing some weight and getting some exercise, but we know that she enjoys going on walks and the weight will continue to reduce and will definitely enjoy a good, healthy diet!

Izzy really expects and asks for nothing. She just needs loving and caring for, but we guarantee that she will be a fantastic member of any family, she is quite simply a true gem! Somebody somewhere will be truly lucky to have her become a part of their life.
