Bliss

Bliss was rescued by HOTS from Europe in January 2018.  She was found in appalling conditions in an emaciated state, but after a trip to the grooming salon, her real beauty shone through!  She was found alongside other Miniature Schnauzers in similar circumstances, of which more are due to join the HOTS family shortly.

Bliss has the most gentle, kind nature and loves to be with you. She is super friendly with dogs, cats and children, picking herself a favourite human to trust.  Each and every day becomes more colourful, as her personality and characteristics shine through, so heartwarming to see her confidence emerge as she learns to be herself.  She’s getting used to a nice comfy warm bed, walks on a lead and food always being available.  With how clever this little lady is we are sure it won’t take her long to forget her past and enjoy all the new things around her and more to come!

Bliss was diagnosed with Leishmaniasis just before travelling to the UK. Following a daily injection course for 28 days, she now simply takes a daily tablet, her special "sweetie" - the disease is thankfully under control and she will continue to live a normal life, just the same as any other healthy dog.
